Customer Service Representative
Provide assistance to payers who contact the PSN Call Center by phone or email
The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service position include:
> Assist callers in a professional and friendly manner
> Assist callers in using the PSN online, automated phone, mobile app or text portals
> Troubleshooting website or mobile app navigation
> Assist payers throughout the US
> Communicate with payers via email and online ticketing system
> Complete daily audit reports
> Perform additional tasks as requested
> Maintain a family-focused and positive work environment
Desired Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication skills and friendliness are essential. Ability to communicate orally and in writing are also essential. Additional qualities necessary to succeed include the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment and to accurately complete reports and other tasks in a specified time. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Please include in your resume fluency in foreign languages.
This position requires you to work at PSN headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin.
